Thank You for Celebrating Black History Month With BCCS!

Brooklyn Center Community Schools had an amazing time celebrating Black History Month! From classroom lessons to student showcases, we took time to recognize the people who have fought for freedom, shaped the Civil Rights Movement, and continue to be a model for communities fighting for justice and peace. Holding true to our mission, vision, and values, we are committed to shining a light on the accomplishments of the Black community year round.

I Am Black History... A Tribute To Our Kings

Our student showcase was held on Thursday, February 22 at Brooklyn Center Middle and High School. A delicious dinner was served in the cafeteria at 5:15pm and the show will begin at 7pm! Thank you to all the families, staff members, and community who came out to support our students and celebrate together!
